I didn't get a confirmation email
If you still have the signup screen open, you can resend the confirmation email. Otherwise, don't worry - just sign up again and we'll get you sorted!
How do I review my order details?
Simply go to your dashboard, scroll down to "Book Orders" and click on "Reveal Order Details" for the book you'd like to check.
Can I edit my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has passed the review stage, we can't make any changes to it.
Can I cancel my order?
Since our books are personalized and made to order specifically for you, we're unable to cancel orders once they're placed.
Can I add items or change my order?
We can't modify existing orders, but you can always place a new order! The good news is that delivery is free for all items anyway, so it won't cost you any extra.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address, but only if your item hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact our support team to help you with this.
Can I return my book for a refund or exchange?
Since each book is personalized just for you, we don't accept returns. However, you get to review and approve your book before it ships, so you'll know exactly what you're getting!

You can check your book orders page for the latest status updates on your order.

How do I track my order?
Head over to your book's order page where you'll find your tracking number and can follow your book's journey to you!
Are your books available in different languages?
Absolutely! We currently support over 35 languages, so you can create a book in the language that's perfect for your child.
How long will it take to print my book?
Your book will usually be printed within 2-3 working days once your order is confirmed.
How are your books made?
We work with local printers around the globe to create your books. This means all our deliveries are low-carbon, local deliveries - better for you and better for the planet!
How do I change my password?
Need to update your password? Just visit our forgot password page and we'll help you reset it.
How do I unsubscribe or close my account?
If you'd like to close your account, simply go to "My Account" and click "Delete My Account". We'll be sad to see you go!
